负责得物社区品牌营销策略规划，结合平台用户心智、社区内容趋势及品牌营销需求，制定平台级营销解决方案，持续提升社区商业价值与品牌合作能力。 深入研究行业趋势、品牌营销打法及平台生态，沉淀重点行业营销方法论，输出行业解决方案、招商策略及品牌经营策略，支撑重点客户及平台招商。 负责平台级营销项目的策略设计与整体统筹，包括社区IP、内容营销、达人营销、明星营销、线上线下活动等，推动项目从策略规划到落地复盘的全链路经营。 搭建社区品牌营销策略体系，持续优化营销产品、合作模式及商业化能力建设，推动平台营销能力持续升级。 联动品牌营销、心智传播、社区运营、交易、产品、数据等团队，推动重点项目协同落地，平衡商业价值、社区生态与用户体验。 负责营销策略团队建设，建立行业研究、营销策划、项目管理及经营分析机制，不断提升团队专业能力与策略输出质量。

本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网平台、内容社区、品牌营销或商业化相关经验，具备团队管理经验，有平台级营销项目经验者优先。 具备扎实的品牌营销策略能力，深入理解内容营销、用户运营、品牌经营及商业化逻辑，能够独立完成平台营销方案及行业解决方案设计。 具备较强的行业研究及商业洞察能力，对品牌预算流向、行业营销趋势及年轻用户文化有深入理解，能够持续输出行业经营策略。 具备优秀的结构化思维与项目管理能力，能够统筹复杂项目推进，协调多团队资源，实现策略高质量落地。 数据敏感度高，具备经营分析能力，能够基于业务数据持续优化营销策略、商业模式及平台经营效率。 具备优秀的沟通影响力、自驱力及创新意识，能够带领团队持续探索平台营销新模式，推动社区商业价值长期增长。
