1、搭建并迭代用户端退换货体系，优化申请、举证、审核、退款全流程，明确场景化规则并实现自动化落地，提升用户售后体验。 2、设计退货到仓后质检、分类、入库流程，实现质检标准数字化、异常件闭环处理及库存联动，搭建退货物流轨迹可视化系统，双向提升用户与仓储效率 3、推动洗护维修业务产品化，设计需求提报、报价、进度跟踪、返还 / 入库链路，搭建服务商管理系统，保障服务效率与质量 4、构建二手回收与二次售卖闭环，设计回收估价、渠道对接、质检标准、动态定价功能，搭建二手售卖专区及履约、质保体系，实现闲置资产变现 5、联动多跨团队明确协作流程，建立全链路数据监控体系，通过数据分析定位瓶颈并推动产品迭代优化 6、设计恶意退货、假货等风险防控机制，完善合规功能，平衡用户权益与平台成本

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上电商平台产品经理经验，至少 1 年以上售后退货、逆向物流或供应链相关产品经验，熟悉退换货、维修、二手回收等业务场景者优先 2、深入理解电商逆向供应链逻辑，具备 AI 产品设计思维，了解 AI 视觉识别、自然语言处理、机器学习建模等技术在业务场景的应用，能结合业务需求提出合理的 AI 解决方案 3、具备从 0 到 1 搭建售后退货链路产品的经验，能独立设计复杂业务流程及 AI 相关功能（如智能审核、智能质检、风控预警）并推动落地 4、具备强数据思维，能通过数据分析定位业务问题，并用产品方案解决，熟练使用 Axure、墨刀等原型工具，掌握 SQL 基础，了解常用 AI 数据分析工具者优先 跨部门协同能力强，能有效联动技术（含 AI 算法团队）、仓储、物流、客服、运营等团队推动业务落地，具备复杂问题拆解与推进能力 5、关注用户体验与业务成本的平衡，有风险防控意识，对售后相关法规有一定了解
