岗位定位 负责平台用户运营策略下的供给策略与商家营销增长业务，围绕用户需求制定商品引入、商家合作及营销策略，通过定向招商、商家让利、平商共补及流量资源协同，提升有效订单、交易用户和平台经营收益。统筹供给策略、行业运营、招商机制与效果评估，对业务增量、商家投入及资源使用效率负责。

岗位职责 1. 制定部门经营策略，统筹目标与资源配置 承接平台增长目标，制定季度经营策略、重点项目和执行计划，将目标拆解至品类、商品及商家。建立交易增长、商家投入、营销成本和经营收益的评价体系，根据业务表现调整资源分配。

2. 从用户需求出发，优化商品结构与竞争力 结合搜索趋势、消费偏好、购买行为及品类销售表现，识别商品机会，明确优先引入和重点扶持方向。建立商品筛选标准，综合评估价格、库存、规格及配送服务，推动商品供给与消费者需求匹配，提升购买转化和复购。

3.统筹商家招募与商品合作，推动销售增长 组织重点商家及商品参与平台合作，完善从商家邀约、活动报名到价格执行、营销支持和效果评估的运营流程。针对价格竞争力不足、参与门槛较高和销售表现不佳等问题制定改进方案，建立商品引入、扶持、调整和退出机制。

4. 负责联合营销与优惠券业务，提升商家投入和营销回报 设计平台与商家共同参与的促销、补贴及激励方案，推动商家预算转化为实际营销投入和交易增长。根据商品表现、价格敏感度和投入回报调整合作方式，完善首次合作、效果反馈及后续投入机制，提升商家合作意愿。

5. 建设运营体系，带领团队推动跨部门落地 建立覆盖商家参与、商品销售、营销投入及服务质量的数据监测体系，统一指标定义。推动商家报名、价格建议、优惠券配置和结算流程的产品优化，减少重复操作。负责团队分工、人才培养与项目管理，协同产品、技术、数据分析、财务和法务团队解决关键问题。

1、具备电商平台商品运营、品类经营、商家运营或用户增长相关经验，有独立负责业务方向及带领团队实现经营目标的经历。 2、熟悉商品、价格、流量、促销和交易转化之间的关系，能够从消费者需求和经营差距中识别机会，形成可落地的业务策略。 3、具备商家招募、分层运营及重点客户管理能力，理解品牌商、经销商及个人卖家等不同经营主体的诉求，能够设计兼顾商家收益与平台经营目标的合作方案。 4、具备数据分析与实验评估能力，能够判断营销活动带来的新增交易和收益，识别统计范围、商品结构及市场变化对结果的影响。 5、具备较强的经营意识，能够综合权衡交易规模、营销成本、利润及消费者体验，作出有依据的资源配置决策。 6、具备流程与产品建设能力，能够将复杂业务问题转化为清晰的规则、流程和系统需求，推动跨团队实施。 7、具备团队管理与沟通能力，能够向管理层清晰说明目标进展、核心问题、风险及行动建议，并组织团队完成交付。
