1、项目管理：负责供应链系统规划与设计，覆盖仓储、配送、履约结算等核心场景，搭建适配供应链全流程的系统解决方案并落地，提升供应链运营效率； 2、需求管理：负责系统需求全流程管理，包括需求收集、提需及评审等，协调产技团队完成系统开发、测试、上线及迭代，全程跟进开发进度，解决实施过程中的系统适配问题； 3、资源规划 ：对产技和 BI 资源进行长期规划和保障，管控 MRD、运营质量，管理资源全链路效益，将功能指标转化为生产应用指标，对资源利用效率负责； 4、体系搭建：搭建仓配系统运营指标体系，监控系统运行数据，分析运行瓶颈，持续优化系统功能及仓内作业流程，降低仓内运营成本、提升订单履约速度； 5、跨域协同：跨多域对接产品、技术、运营、履约等相关部门，开展系统操作培训、业务指导，收集一线作业反馈，推动系统优化迭代，确保系统高效、稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、信息技术、工业工程等相关专业，3年及以上供应链系统规划、方案实施相关工作经验；具备独立搭建落地仓储、配送、履约结算等全流程供应链解决方案能力者优先； 2、熟悉仓储作业、订单履约、履约结算等供应链业务逻辑，精通WMS、OMS、TMS等至少一种供应链核心系统的规划、设计及实施流程，可独立完成需求分析与整体方案设计落地； 3、具备较强的业务流程梳理、需求分析及文档撰写能力，能独立输出需求规划方案、测试用例等文档，精准对接产技团队落地需求； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力及问题解决能力，能快速响应突发需求，工作严谨负责，有较强的抗压能力和团队协作精神。
