岗位职责 指标体系搭建：参与社区核心指标体系的设计与迭代，围绕内容供给、消费互动、创作者生态、生态治理等模块梳理北极星指标与过程指标，定义口径、建设数据字典，并推动指标落地与口径统一； 报表建设：负责社区日常经营报表与分析看板建设，搭建周 / 月报自动产出机制，沉淀通用取数模板，持续优化报表体系以支撑团队高效决策； 实验分析：参与社区产品与策略的 AB 实验设计与分析，完成实验方案评审、指标设定、效果评估与显著性检验，输出实验结论并推动策略决策与复盘； 风险信号挖掘：围绕内容生态开展风险信号挖掘，结合行为特征、内容特征识别异常模式，建立风险监控指标与预警机制，评估治理策略效果； 策略迭代：基于数据洞察输出可落地的策略建议，协同算法、运营、产品团队推动策略迭代，跟踪上线后的数据表现并持续优化； AI 创新项目：参与社区 AI 赋能方向的创新探索，重点包括风险信号挖掘模型、评论 / 内容标签体系的建设与应用（标签定义、样本标注、模型效果评估、标签业务应用落地），以及 AI 辅助分析的场景化落地。

任职要求 本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 具备扎实的 SQL 功底，能独立完成多表关联、窗口函数等复杂查询；熟悉 Python（pandas/numpy）者优先； 掌握 AB 实验、漏斗分析、留存分析等基本分析方法，理解显著性检验等统计概念者优先； 对数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备良好的业务理解能力与结构化表达能力，能独立撰写分析报告、讲清结论与依据； 对社区内容生态有理解，熟悉小红书、抖音、B 站等社区类产品者优先； 对 AI / 大模型在数据分析中的应用有兴趣，学习能力强； 工作认真负责、主动性强，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力。 你将获得 深入参与用户社区生态的分析体系从 0 到 1 建设，独立负责分析模块、产出影响业务决策的结论； 与算法、运营、产品多团队协作的完整项目经验，覆盖指标体系、实验、风险治理与 AI 落地多条线
