1、负责国内电商平台交易导购相关系统的需求分析、架构设计、开发迭代与代码重构，保障系统高性能与高可用； 2、深入理解业务逻辑与技术方案，独立完成核心功能模块的设计、编码及文档输出，推动产品持续优化； 3、参与系统稳定性建设，能够快速定位并解决线上问题，提升系统容灾与抗压能力。

1、统招本科及以上学历，5年以上Java后端开发经验，具备电商交易、导购、订单或营销相关系统经验者优先； 2、扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握数据结构、多线程、IO/NIO等核心技术，熟悉常用设计模式并在实际项目中有落地经验； 3、精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo、MyBatis等主流框架，具备微服务架构设计和开发经验； 4、熟悉Redis/Memcached等缓存中间件，掌握分布式缓存设计与应用策略，了解典型业务场景下的缓存问题与解决方案； 5、熟练使用MySQL，具备SQL优化、索引设计及数据库分库分表实践经验，熟悉数据库事务与锁机制； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队精神，能够承担技术攻坚与项目压力，主动推动问题闭环； 7、对技术有热情，有较强的自主学习能力和系统设计能力，能结合业务场景进行技术选型与架构演进； 8、有大型电商平台或高并发系统开发经验者优先。
