1. 深入电商风控核心业务场景（反欺诈、薅羊毛、恶意退换、营销作弊等），与业务团队紧密协同，深入理解业务风险问题，运用AI能力高效设计并落地场景化算法解决方案，以业务效果为目标持续迭代优化。 2. 负责电商风控基础模型能力建设，包括不限于团伙挖掘、行为序列建模、风险画像标签等，能够设计开发AI Agent工具为基础能力在业务场景中的应用提效。 3. 跟踪AI在电商风控领域的实践进展，以实际解决问题和提效为导向,推动创新技术在风险场景中落地。

1. 计算机、数学等相关专业，硕士以上学历，3年以上互联网企业风控算法实践经验，对互联网电商业务有深入了解。 2. 业务理解能力突出，能够从业务视角理解风险，尤其擅长从海量业务数据中发现问题，并定义出清晰、可靠的解决方案。 3. 对AI在电商风控应用有强烈热情，持续关注大模型技术进展，有志于探索其在风控场景中实际解决问题、提升效率的落地路径，有相关实践经验者优先。 4. 优秀的团队协作能力，能够在跨职能团队协作中推动算法方案从洞察到落地的全链路，善于沟通、乐于分享、敢于创新，具备较强的自我驱动力。 5. 有图挖掘算法、用户行为序列建模等经验者优先；有风控场景Agent应用落地经验者优先。
