1. 供应链端到端价值流改善： 基于精益0浪费、0库存理念，深入供应链各产品族端到端流程，运用价值流分析工具，识别各工序（加工、检验、搬运、停滞）和作业（人、机、料、法、环、能、测）中的浪费，参考财务ROI标准，推动改善项目实施，缩短交付周期，提升人效、节料省费，实现供应链利润水平和现金流的持续改善； 包括但不限于： 基于标准作业三要素，改善现有SOW，探索适合公司的标准作业及工时标准（主辅作业+宽放），结合时间研究尝试建立工时综合数据标准； 推动工位精益改善项目，识别作业浪费、通过线平衡、人机组合作业、低成本自动化、人体工学改善等，从人、机、料（货）、法、环、测、能等要素角度思考，简化人工作业，持续降低各要素成本； 减少作业取料、设备更换等作业宽放，导入TPM活动减少故障等车间宽放； 通过设施布局优化，减少生理宽放释放时间（吸烟、洗手间、喝水便捷性）； 2. 精益现场管理提升： 围绕现场SQDE等核心指标，保证分层级的现场管理有效落实； 制定现场7S和可视化管理标准； 评价和改善一线管理者精益领导力，提升其发现问题、识别浪费、持续改善的能力； 推动现场合理化建议和CI（持续改善）活动，不断激发和提高现场自主改善的意识和能力； 3. AIOT及低成本自动化： 建立精益改善工坊（CI-Shop），利用线棒、型材等，根据作业改善需要，自制低成本自动化器具提升现场员工作业效率； 针对搬运等作业，应用自动化和AGV等技术，减少人工搬运，提高作业人效；

1. 学历与经验： 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、质量管理等相关专业优先； 2. 行业背景： 10年以上在离散制造业（如汽车、家电、电子装配等）担任精益专员/工程师或类似经历优先； 3. 专业知识： 精通精益生产核心工具（价值流图、5S、标准作业、SMED、TPM、线平衡、物流规划等）； 4. 问题解决能力： 出色的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，能熟练运用PDCA、DMAIC、A3报告等解决问题； 5. 软技能： 优秀的沟通、协调和影响力，能够与现场基层管理者、仓库经理、供应链运输、质量、规划、售后等不同背景的团队高效合作；能够适应快节奏、多变化的工作环境，具备出色的抗压能力；能够适应适当的中短期出差工作节奏； 6. 结果导向： 能够用量化结果（如效率提升%、成本下降%、交付周期缩短%）来体现改善工作成效；
