1、深入理解电商平台业务场景，负责自然语言处理（NLP）、语义分析、人机对话模型等核心算法的研究与实现； 2、基于电商业务场景数据，重点负责大模型后训练算法，以及策略优化等相关工作； 3、负责搭建和优化Agentic系统，挑战将前沿Agent架构和算法应用于大规模电商核心业务，打开业务增长空间。 4、跟踪行业前沿技术，探索Agentic RL、DeepSearch、高效大模型等技术，参与新一代基座模型的调优与创新。

1、学历背景：硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信号处理、模式识别等相关专业，优秀本科生可放宽条件； 2、熟悉机器学习、深度学习基础理论和方法，掌握主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow / PyTorch）； 3、具备 NLP / CV 技术应用经验，包括但不限于语义分析、检索模型、知识库构建、视觉大模型、多模态大模型等； 编程能力： 5、熟练掌握 Python/C++/Java 等至少一门编程语言； 6、有扎实的算法基础和代码实现能力，能独立完成复杂系统开发；

加分项： 1、深入理解强化学习的核心算法（如 PPO、DPO、GRPO）以及常用框架(ray、verl、openrlhf)，有相关项目实践经验； 2、有大语言模型预训练经验。 3、在顶级会议（如 ACL、NeurIPS、ICLR 等）发表过相关论文，或高水平竞赛取得优秀名次；
