负责得物跨境进口业务(POIZON) 日本市场商家运营工作，对运动品类的业务结果负责： 1、根据平台发展战略及市场趋势，制定负责运动拓展计划及目标实现路径，并负责实施落地（主要品类是互动户外装备类，eg 骑行、垂钓、滑雪、球类运动）； 2、定期对负责的工作进行专题分析和方案复盘，有针对性的对核心经营指标、异常数据进行分析，输出明确业务改善建议，提炼策略运营方法论； 3、建立并维护良好的客户关系网络，同时能主动利用多渠道开发潜在商业合作伙伴； 4、不断开拓展细分品类（露营、滑板、攀岩等）孵化，寻找新的业务增长点，扩大平台的供给丰富性来满足用户个性化需求。

1、本科及以上学历，工作地 Base上海，熟悉日本当地市场供给分布优先； 2、行业经验：运动户外行业运营 3 年以上经营，熟悉国际户外运动品牌的产品线，了解国内垂类运动发展阶段（主要是骑行、垂钓、滑雪、球类运动）及用户特征，擅长商家运营管理，有跨境电商、自营电商平台行业运营经验加分； 3、具备洞察行业品类的能力，对于负责品类供给业态熟悉，能够发现行业中品类的新趋势商品，并具备完整的品类规划能力； 4、沟通协调及逻辑能力：具备谈判说服能力，能够用数理推理，积极引导商家拓展经营范围或者优化经营链路，拿到更好的业务结果。同时能够独立协调公司内部资源来保障运营正常开展。
