岗位职责 1、负责得物平台租赁品类的商家商品运营工作，聚焦品类供给搭建、商品运营及成交转化 2、整合优质租赁供给资源，搭建完善的得物租赁供给体系；结合竞对平台的运营逻辑与优势，提炼经验，优化供给筛选标准、商家合作模式，提升供给质量与丰富度，满足得物用户多样化租赁需求 3、协同产品及规则进行履约及服务建设，搭建适配得物的租赁规则、服务标准及履约链路；明确商家准入、商品审核、订单履约、售后纠纷处理等环节的规范，兼顾商家合法权益与用户租赁体验 4、通过全链路数据跟踪，挖掘业务痛点与优化空间，迭代运营策略；联动产品、客服、招商等相关部门，推进运营方案落地，推动得物租赁业务实现规模化、差异化发展

1、2 年及以上租赁业务相关运营经验，熟悉3C 数码、奢侈品等至少 2 个行业的租赁业务生态、商业模式及供给逻辑；拥有成熟且丰富的租赁供给端资源，可快速对接并落地优质供给。有租赁平台运营或租赁业务经营经验者优先。 2、精通竞对租赁平台的租赁规则、风控体系、履约流程及运营模式，能精准捕捉各平台运营优势 3、数据敏感度高，具备较强的数据分析能力与逻辑思维，能熟练运用数据分析工具，对租赁业务全链路数据进行监测、分析，通过数据驱动运营策略迭代，提升业务运营效率与效果 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作意识，能高效联动产品、招商、客服、风控等相关部门，推动各项运营工作落地
