1、负责行业品牌层级管理，日常负责新品牌审核、降级品牌确认、类目打分表迭代等工作，针对品牌层级问题能够及时拉通行业和中台的评判标准； 2、负责行业商品和商家相关规则管理和落地，保障平台相关商品和商家策略能结合行业特性平稳落地执行；监控行业直发商家履约情况，建立并完善商家履约规则与问题履约处罚机制； 3、负责行业履约相关规则的管理和执行，结合行业特性梳理七无、履约、维修等规则，持续洞察问题并推动优化； 4、负责跟进新增平台治理相关项目，协同行业运营、体验中台、供应链等多方进行运营问题或痛点的优化，把控项目节奏和落地情况。

1、3年以上电商运营经验，有奢品/鞋服包行业经验者优先； 2、较强的执行力及解决问题的能力，能快速融入团队，责任心强，具有较好的跨部门沟通能力； 3、机会洞察能力佳，逻辑/数据分析力强，有过独立推动项目经验者优先； 4、具备规则梳理与流程搭建经验，能够将复杂业务问题转化为系统化可落地的方案； 5、熟悉平台治理、商家管理或商品管理相关运营者优先。
