1、分人群运营策略：有平台分人群用户运营经验，能基于用户生命周期价值（LTV）和留存模型，设计基于阶段目标的差异化玩法和策略，借助补贴/活动等提高分人群转化率和购物频次。 2、主题营销策略：基于海外购物节点，用户购物习惯(周末/发薪日），购物偏好和平台阶段目标，设计长周期的主题营销策略，合理运用补贴，在ueroi符合要求的条件下促进单量增长和用户规模提升。 3、算法协同与A/B测试：与算法团队共建补贴发放的智能推荐能力，通过高频A/B测试持续优化发券门槛、补贴金额、核销链路和前台表达，平衡转化率与客单价； 4、预算与风控：对活动和分人群的补贴ROI负责，搭建补贴预算分配体系和实时ROI监控，建立防刷单、防羊毛党的风控规则，控制无效补贴支出。

职位要求 1、5年以上互联网用户运营经验，其中3年以上电商策略运营或用户增长方向经验；有千万级DAU或数十亿级GMV平台经验者优先，有出海/跨境经验加分； 2、数据基本功扎实，熟练使用SQL（会Python更佳），对数字敏感，能通过数据分析定位业务问题和增长杠杆； 3、理解零售和电商底层逻辑，熟悉动态定价、价格弹性、补贴模型等概念；了解Temu、TikTok Shop、SHEIN等平台价格策略者优先； 4、有Owner意识，能扛指标、拿结果；在不确定的环境下能主动推动产研、运营、算法、财务等跨团队协作，适应跨时区沟通。
