1、负责公司内部信息化相关产品的建设，包括审批流、行政OA系统、学习培训平台、BI工具、权限系统、消息平台、问卷系统、工单系统、舆情系统等； 2、负责与业务部⻔沟通协调、密切合作，推动产品功能建设或优化，完成产品的需求调研、需求分析、方案设计、原型设计、产品验收等工作； 3、负责定期跟进用户反馈和分析产品数据，对现有功能进行可用性评估，发现用户体验问题和业务痛点，提出优化改进方案，并驱动产品迭代升级。 4、负责推动公司重点效率问题的治理项目，主要基于用户调研和数据反馈，洞察公司存在的效率漏洞，并通过产品建设、规则制定、运营宣传等手段来解决问题。 5、负责探索并落地AI应用场景。

1、本科及以上学历；3年以上公司内部信息化、协同办公、效率工程相关的产品经理工作经验，有过显著提效的AI项目经验的优先； 2、熟悉互联网产品设计工具，熟练使用MS Office、Axure、Figma、XMind等工具，能够设计高质量的产品原型、流程图、线框图等，能够清晰、准确的表达自己的设计理念和方案； 3、熟悉产品实施过程，包括需求调研、需求分析、方案设计、功能设计、业务流程设计、原型设计、产品验收等； 4、优秀的分析、研究能力，良好的表达和沟通能力，高效的执行能力，善于协调各方快速推进结果落地； 5、高度责任心，较强的抗压心理素质及承受能力。
