1. 基于奢品行业趋势及得物用户画像，制定所负责品牌的生意规划及阶段性运营策略，对销售，供给丰富度及价格力等核心指标负责。 2. 日常监控奢包站内供给现状，定位缺货、价劣商品类型，通过库存监测实时BD商家补货出价，提升站内供需匹配效率。 3. 依据商家经营现状进行分层运营，高频触达头部企业商家并进行生意诊断，输出可落地的备货、价格等运营优化建议；通过卖家群分享奢包行业商机，提升卖家长期经营意愿。 4. 盘点奢品品牌供给地图，梳理品牌放货规则及各区域价格策略，定位站内缺失供给并定向开展企业商家招商，针对新商进行长期培养。 5. 联动横向部门及团队，推动奢包商品效率、履约保障、售前售后服务等环节优化，提升得物奢包在用户端与商家端的双重认可度，巩固行业竞争优势。

1. 5年以上奢品、潮流、时尚等相关行业运营经验，本科以上学历，大型电商平台商家运营或奢品时尚买手背景者优先； 2. 聪明好学，有较强的目标感及自驱力，逻辑性强，互联网思维佳，对数字敏感，熟练掌握Excel及PPT等办公软件。 3. 性格外向开朗，能够迅速适应环境，融入团队，具备优秀的沟通及协同能力。
