1、负责用户增长核心业务（投放效果、补贴优惠券策略、用户转化等）数据分析，构建并维护相关数据指标体系和看板。 2、监测和分析投放渠道表现、优化预算分配，评估补贴活动（如优惠券）的ROI与用户敏感度，设计并评估增长实验效果。 3、整合多源数据（渠道、用户行为、下单、补贴等），进行深度诊断分析，定位增长瓶颈，产出专题报告与洞察。 4、分析行业趋势与竞品动态，提供数据驱动的业务建议，推动优化投放策略、提升补贴效率及用户增长目标达成。

1、精通SQL，熟练应用统计分析方法与模型（AB测试/漏斗分析等），具备Python或R数据分析能力者优先。 2、3年以上互联网用户增长或营销领域数据分析经验，熟悉增长方法论与补贴转化业务模式。 3、具备优秀的数据敏感度、逻辑思维能力与业务解读能力，善于跨团队沟通协作。 4、善于提炼数据结论推动策略落地，能通过分析量化业务收益（如获客成本降低、转化率提升、补贴效率优化）。
