1、参与大模型在风险识别、策略辅助、智能运营、智能客服及决策 Agent 等风控场景中的探索与落地； 2、协助理解和拆解实际业务问题，通过数据分析、模型实验、效果评估等方式，将业务需求转化为可验证、可迭代的算法方案； 3、参与大模型应用相关工作，包括 Prompt 优化、RAG、Agent、模型评测、数据构造及效果分析等； 4、跟踪大模型、机器学习等领域的前沿技术，结合实际业务场景开展技术调研和实验验证； 5、与产品、策略、工程及业务团队协作，推进算法方案的开发、测试与落地。

1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、软件工程等相关专业； 2、具备良好的编程基础，熟悉 Python，了解常用的数据处理、机器学习或深度学习工具； 3、对大模型及 Agent 技术有浓厚兴趣，了解 Prompt、RAG、工具调用、模型评测等相关技术者优先； 4、具有较强的逻辑思维、问题分析和快速学习能力，愿意从实际业务目标出发理解和解决问题； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够积极推进并完成所负责的任务； 6、有大模型、机器学习、数据挖掘相关课程项目、科研经历、竞赛经历或实习经验者优先
