1、CPA代理运营： 搭建并管理CPA代理合作体系，统筹多家代理的日常运营与协同流程，建立代理考核与激励机制，在控制成本的前提下保障优质流量供给； 2、媒体权益运营： 负责与主流媒体平台（巨量、腾讯、快手、百度、小红书等）的商务合作，争取政策支持与资源扶持，维护核心媒体关系，跟踪媒体政策变化并输出应对建议； 3、厂商合作拓展： 负责与主流手机厂商（华为、小米、OPPO、vivo、荣耀等）及新兴生态平台的商务合作，拓展应用商店、系统入口等流量版位资源，推动合作模式落地与效率优化； 4、体系与流程建设： 搭建媒体资源与渠道合作的管理体系，沉淀合作流程与规范，推动商务运营的标准化与数据化。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、商务、传媒等相关专业优先，5+年互联网媒体商务/渠道运营相关经验，其中至少3年项目统筹经验； 2、具备电商/交易平台行业的媒体投放或渠道运营经验；熟悉主流媒体平台（巨量/腾讯/快手/百度等）的商务体系； 3、有安卓厂商（华为/小米/OPPO/vivo）应用商店或预装合作的实际操盘经验；有鸿蒙生态合作经验者优先； 4、熟练使用Excel/SQL进行数据分析，能独立完成渠道效率分析和成本测算；以数据指导商务决策； 5、具备高层级商务谈判能力，能够统筹代理、媒体、厂商三侧资源，擅长建立和维护长期商务关系； 6、对移动互联网流量生态有深刻理解，能预判厂商格局变化的影响； 7、能同时推进多条商务线，具备多线程项目管理能力。
