1、负责计算机视觉、多模态等相关算法在业务场景落地、迭代，包括但不限于如下方向：图像检索、异常检测、自监督预训练、迁移学习、细粒度分类等； 2、负责业务项目的全生命周期管理，涵盖项目需求拆解、技术方案落地规划、进度节点把控、资源统筹协调及风险预判与应对，保障项目高效、高质量交付； 3、承担对外协作核心职责，对接业务，精准理解业务需求与诉求，协调内外部资源解决协作中的分歧与问题； 4、跟踪学术界和业界最新进展，并且能够快速在实际业务场景进行论证；

1、计算机视觉相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验； 2、熟悉计算机视觉的主流模型和算法，能够结合业务需求进行模型的选型和优化； 3、较强的算法实现能力，熟练掌握 Python、C/C++ 等语言，熟悉Linux环境开发，熟练使用至少一种主流深度学习框架 （PyTorch、tensorflow等） 进行模型训练与优化； 4、具备较强的责任心、抗压能力与创新意识，可适应复杂项目环境与多任务并行场景，良好的团队合作精神； 5、有项目管理经验为佳。
