1. 全面质量管理 - 主持区域全面质量管理（DFS、DB、售后、95分），对区域仓内各质量事项负责 - 参与各季度仓质量指标及目标（舆情、客诉、病单等质量指标）+落地推动方案制定+闭环跟进 2. 质量指标管理 - 跟踪客诉万单率、病单万单率、赔付金额、舆情量等核心指标，进行达成率分析和gap归因，识别风险并持续追踪目标达成 - 从不同维度拆解病单/客诉单量和万单率，定位高贡献gap项目/仓/问题等场景，协同相关方制定优化策略并推动落地 - 针对仓责top问题，协同各仓分仓专项跟进，推动和监控落地达成 3. 质量改善与根因分析 - 对仓内质量异常事件进行分析，从人、机、料、法、环五个维度归因，沟通仓及相关部门，主导异常事件闭环改善，并确保改善措施有效闭环 - 负责区域仓内质量意识及文化建设，推动质量持续改善、保障质量运作机制有效落地 4. 流程优化与机制建设 - 梳理仓端到端流程，查缺补漏，完善现有质量管理机制 - 承接客诉、舆情、病单等流程中暴露的跨部门新型问题场景，明确问题边界与各方权责，输出标准化流程规则，推动机制运行落地并跟踪执行效果 - 协同其他部门，对各相关业务建立分层管理机制，实现有效降本增效 5. 跨部门协调事务处理 - 作为仓侧与类目质量之间的沟通桥梁，处理权责划分不明确的交叉事务，推动问题归口和规则标准固化 - 对接仓经/主管/组长，协调质量标准与生产效率之间的天然矛盾，推动双方同向发力 - 与园区负责人保持紧密协作，在周会、审核中主动推动质量工作，定期梳理质量薄弱点 6. 团队管理与能力建设 - 负责区域质量团队工作及行政管理，依照公司规定，周期性对员工进行KPI考核 - 培养团队成员各质量相关能力，培养仓内操作人员质量意识 - 推动标准化case复盘机制，确保团队成员能独立完成case编写、总结、复盘
