1、具有5年左右相关工作经验，其中至少2年互联网平台经验，有用户运营、行业运营、品牌营销或相关项目经历，能独立推进项目并对结果负责。 2、热爱运动户外，对越野跑、攀岩、徒步、体能赛等领域中的至少一项有持续参与或深入理解，熟悉用户需求、装备及相关行业生态。 3、具备业务判断能力，既能发现机会，也能综合考虑用户规模、平台优势、资源条件和交付成本。 主动向前一步，有好奇心和探索精神；面对不确定的问题，能主动搜集信息、提出判断、推动尝试，并根据事实调整。 4、沟通清晰、协作意识强，能够理解不同合作方的诉求，推动达成具体结果。 5、有运动户外品牌、赛事、俱乐部、场馆或体育营销机构的工作经验，积累了相关行业资源。 6、有品牌合作、商业化或商务拓展经验，能设计兼顾用户价值与合作方收益的方案。 7、有从零探索新业务的经历，能分享实际尝试、调整及复盘的案例。
