1. 服务体验指标体系搭建与监控：负责搭建并持续优化全渠道服务体验指标体系，围绕NPS、满意度、客诉舆情等核心指标建立“监控-预警-分析-改善”的闭环管理机制 2. 用户体验洞察与问题诊断：结合消费者进线求助、舆情、满意度评价、专项调研、用户声音（VOC）等多维数据，深入分析全链路服务场景问题，完成根因拆解并定位关键诉求，对体验痛点进行有效的分类和优先级排序 3. 服务策略设计与方案落地：基于体验洞察，制定差异化服务标准和流程方案，涵盖分层拦截、升级流程、智能客服路径等设计，沉淀标准化服务SOP，推动客服工作台、辅助工具等产品方案的建设 4. 智能化与创新探索：将服务方案围绕 AI 大模型能力进行重构，优化求助流程，创新服务体验和服务效率，探索AI在服务运营场景的创新应用。

1. 学历：本科及以上学历 2. 经验：3年以上电商平台服务体验运营、服务策略、用户体验优化相关工作经验，有AI客服相关项目经验者优先 3. 数据能力：具备敏锐的数据敏感度和分析能力，能基于指标表现拆解问题并落地改善策略；熟练使用Excel、SQL及可视化分析工具 4. 策略思维：具备较强的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，能精准定位问题根因并制定有效改善措施 5. 沟通协作：优秀的书面和口头表达能力，具备跨团队、多部门协作的项目管理经验 6. 自驱力：主动性强，以结果为导向，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神
