  • 商家分层：运营策略和梯队管理机制，平衡多供给模式(品牌/经销商/个卖等)下的业务健康度；
  • 商品分层：优化商品规划，提升类目效能，丰富商品供给，打造新品标杆，沉淀运营方法论；管控价格体系；
  • 品牌大促执行和流量运营与转化，争取更多品牌资源，协调内外部资源保障项目落地；
  • 关注品牌人群资产和各类用户体验提升，帮助品牌可持续长期发展；
  • 5年以上互联网平台运营经验，且有基础运营工作履历；
  • 有KA客户（核心品牌方）至少2年以上深度运营经验，运动行业优先，其次鞋服/快消；
  • 数据分析能力，客户管理能力，跨部门协同能力，品牌运营能力；
