1、商品上架管理：负责跨境电商平台商品的上架、下架及定期维护，确保商品信息及时更新；协调产研、业务、多语言等团队确保商品上架流程顺畅与高效； 2、商品信息质量：建立商品信息质量标准和检查机制，降低信息错误率；尺码标准化，建立全球尺码对照系统，提升不同国别尺码覆盖及尺码纠错机制，减少因尺码问题导致的退货率； 3、商品详情优化：国际化视角，优化不同国际市场下商品详情页内容，包括丰富标题，商品描述，图片及视频等，提高转化率； 4、外包管理：对接第三方内容供应商或外包团队，确保商品信息及商详内容按时交付且符合质量标准。建立外包团队考核机制，跟踪任务进度和质量，持续优化合作效率。 5、数据分析：定期监控商品上架进度、信息质量及销售表现，输出分析报告，为决策提供数据支持。基于数据分析，提出商品优化和流程改进建议。

1、本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业优先；熟悉服装行业优先； 2、5年以上跨境电商商品管理或相关工作经验，熟悉 Amazon、AliExpress、Shopee 等平台规则及商品管理流程； 具备商品信息审核、优化及商详内容提升能力，能够提升商品曝光和转化率； 3、有外包或第三方团队管理经验，具备良好的沟通协调能力和项目执行力； 4、数据敏感，能够通过分析发现问题并提出优化方案；
