1、负责电商平台商品质量业务分析、指标建设、数据归因等工作，通过数据洞察，有效定位商品质量风险点/机会点，沉淀平台商品质量治理数据评估框架和机制，协助各类目质量管理，不断完善商品和商家品质管理规则等； 2、与各类目日常品质管理工作相结合，不断完善平台商品全链路的数据闭环质量监控；对客户投诉或产生舆情的质量问题进行分析，并跟进类目质量解决方案， 形成闭环管理，深度参与平台品质治理。 3、通过全面的数据体系监控和消费者、商家等多端交互，清晰洞察商品质量业务全局，有效拆解问题并提出优化方案推进落地，提升用户复购和商家经营满意度，降低质量负向反馈率； 4、跨团队合作协调，建立完善的运营机制，协同类目交易、运营、供应链等团队，在复杂环境下灵活调整解决方案，过程中即时验证并持续优化。 5、作为业务方，与质量数据BI部门密切合作，负责平台商品质量治理专项数据分析、周报/月报全局分析等工作，基于数据洞察和业务分析，支持平台商品质量治理的复盘和迭代；
