1、负责奢品行业的跨境业务策略制定，品类规划，商家招商、商品管理，形成结构化运营策略并推动有效落地，对关键业务结果指标负责； 2、熟悉并了解奢品供给链条，对存量商家进行分层管理，对头部商家1v1摸排了解情况，定制卖家成长激励计划，解决其经营痛点； 3、深挖奢品不同货盘相应的上下游供给机会，扩充奢品供给，结合供给不足的品牌和商品进行新商引入； 4、优化奢品货盘结构，对于高价商品定向解决商家出价问题，对于供给不足单品定向BD对应商家提升商品宽度和库存深度，提升所负责品牌和商品的价格力； 5、具有全链路优化运营视角，协同中台进行商家问题的优化。

1、5年以上奢品、潮流、时尚等相关行业运营经验，本科以上学历，大型电商平台商家运营或奢品时尚买手背景者优先； 2、了解奢品行业，能做货盘分析，对于商品特点和品牌了解有自己的看法和见解； 3、有良好的沟通能力，积极主动，责任心强，以及具备较强的抗压力； 4、对数据敏感，对商家利润，经营链条了解，具备较强沟通能力，逻辑思维能力，归纳总结能力。
