核心岗位职责 1、规则体系搭建 负责头部品牌的商品运营（价格/库存/商业化/营销活动等资源置换），制定准入准出规则（圈商圈品），梳理资源置换商品的历史情况，建立严格的准入和准出机制，明确资源置换商品规则及商业化投入要求 统筹头部品牌的货品全链路规则制定（新品、电商专供款、会员货、爆款），根据不同货品的成长链路，匹配平台资源，为商品成长提供增长路线 2、度量衡体系与产品链路设计 合作 数据分析、行业、商业化、营销团队、商家产品团队，设计资源置换的度量衡指标，判断对于用户 / 平台的兑换关系 。 产品化设计准入 - 校验 - 解除 - 商家触达牵引全链路，覆盖商家端自主申请、运营端提报、系统自动校验等环节，服务好货、好价、好服务及品牌方商家生意增长目标 。 搭建指定出价相关 BI 看板，优化迭代指定出价看板与品牌数据看板，支持价格 / 库存追踪等多维度数据监控 。 3、产品功能迭代与运营落地 推进相关产品功能迭代，建立高价 / 缺货实时看板，告警机器人红黄绿灯告警（支持数据导出）等能力 。 对齐多团队（类目、产品、数据分析、营销等）协作，组织专项会议、拉取调研信息、输出盘点文档、对齐规则细节，推进指定出价相关项目落地 。

熟悉主流电商平台，深刻理解 B 端商家运营规则与平台决策机制，有头部品牌的商品运营，熟悉品牌方货品规划相关业务经验优先。 优秀的跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能协同类目、产品、数据化分析、营销等多方高效推进复杂项目落地。 具备电商相关行业产品运营经验，对 B 端商家需求有敏锐洞察，能够通过商家调研及数据分析挖掘业务痛点并产出解决方案。 思维敏捷，逻辑清晰，工作认真负责，具备强烈的目标感和责任感，抗压性强，能够独立承担复杂项目的统筹推进。
