1.供给规划：结合用户需求和市场竞争，负责运动户外行业蓝海供给和机会供给识别，协同行业侧完成供给规模化上新；结合站内头部商品的库存情况，匹配费率、仓储政策优化商品库存管理； 2.价格优化：结合用户价敏模型和市场竞争，通过补贴、竞价、营销活动等各类机制，优化商品价格竞争力。同时寻找和定位市场优价货源（国际差异化定价、尾货货盘等）提高用户的价值感感知； 3.品类费率与JBP管理：结合品类增长、品牌增长和市场格局，优化和迭代运动品牌的费率政策和年度品方/大商JBP管理； 4.目标管理：负责运动户外各子行业的目标制定、拆分和达成追踪，异动指标下钻定位问题形成给行业运营的反馈建议； 5.品类策略：帮助运动鞋服、户外垂系等关键品牌及业务在季度或阶段关键专项里提供品类策略建议和横向落地支持。

1.本科及以上学历，有3年以上互联网战略、策略、商业分析经验，其中具备鞋服行业/商品经验更优；2年以上团队管理经验； 2.有从0到1品类构建或主导过重大品类优化项目经验者优先，包括但不限于拓供项目、价优策略项目、补贴项目； 3.具备出色的数据分析能力，能熟练使用SQL、Excel、PPT等工具，能独立完成复杂分析并提炼洞察。 4.具备强烈的商业和市场敏感度，擅长从数据、趋势和消费者行为中挖掘商业机会。 5.具备优秀的商品感知与判断力，对商品质量、用户体验有深刻理解。
