1、薪酬体系设计与优化：负责蓝领岗位的薪酬结构设计，包括基本工资、计件/计时工资、加班费、绩效奖金、津贴补贴等；根据业务模式设计差异化激励方案； 2、市场对标与竞争力分析：主导蓝领薪酬市场调研，对标同行业、同区域竞争对手薪酬水平；定期输出薪酬竞争力报告，为调薪、招聘策略提供数据支持； 3、系统支持与流程优化：推动HRIS中蓝领薪酬模块的配置与优化；与财务、IT部门协作，实现薪酬数据与生产系统、考勤系统打通； 4、跨部门协同：与生产、运营等部门协作，将薪酬激励与安全、质量、效率指标挂钩；参与员工关系管理，解答薪酬疑问，提升透明度与信任感。

1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、劳动与社会保障、财务、统计学等相关专业； 2、工作经验：5年以上薪酬管理经验，其中至少3年专注制造业/供应链/物流业蓝领薪酬，有千人以上工厂管理经验优先； 3、极强的逻辑思维与成本意识； 4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能与一线员工、班组长、政府监管部门有效对话。
