1、学历:统招本科及以上学历,数学、统计、计算机、经济管理等相关专业优先. 2、工作经验:3年以上互联网、支付或金融科技行业中大型团队的业务PMO管理经验.拥有公司级大型业务项目管理实操经验,如零售营销专项等大型业务项目统筹组织经历者优先,能够独立牵头复杂项目推进与多方协同经验为佳. 3、具备在矩阵式架构下推动事情的复杂推动能力,拥有极强的沟通韧性和"非行政领导力"，具备较强的责任心、极强的任务统筹与过程推进能力,擅长多任务并行管理,逻辑清晰、执行力强,具备优秀的督办意识,能主动盯控事项进度,推动复杂事项闭环。 4、沟通表达能力优秀,能够面向不同岗位、不同层级人员清晰传递工作结论与方案，适应高速变化的环境. 5、有PMP证书，一定的项目管理理论认知优先.
