职位描述 根据得物社区用户特点，制定潮流玩具相关内容运营策略，提升内容供给、用户规模和消费深度； 与算法、产品等外部门对接协作，优化内容展示功能和流量资源，提升内容的消费时长与渗透； 与中台业务对接，定向引入全网优质达人；优化合作模式，提高达人入驻效率并对达人活跃负责； 通过社群运营、培训、主题活动等手段，进行达人承接及维护，引导和把控达人的内容产出； 根据数据和用户反馈，明确内容的优劣标准，通过运营手段和算法模型，提升社区优质内容占比，并对低质内容进行打压； 发起与潮流玩具行业相关知名品牌/IP的联动合作，持续提升得物潮玩的行业知名度&影响力，提升泛潮玩用户认知和认同感；

职位要求 了解互联网社区内容、活动、创作者相关工作； 有内容sense，有强用户洞察和共情能力，能融合热点+脑洞创意反哺业务动作； 热爱潮玩、喜欢分享、酷爱潮流文化、对时事热点话题了如指掌，在潮玩内容上有敏锐的判断力； 对年轻男性用户的兴趣点、行为逻辑动机、思维模式、爱好分布有一定的认知了解； 创新、执行能力强、自我驱动、逻辑清晰，具备主人翁精神，有良好的沟通和跨部门协作能力； 有较强的数据敏感度，能够通过数据发现问题并结合实际运营手段提升和解决。
