1 负责商品标签、主题等导购产品的策划与运营，通过用户行为、友商分析及AB实验等手段持续优化用户行动路径，提升用户访问深度与转化效率； 2 围绕服装行业的商品特征、穿搭灵感、潮流趋势等原子信息，结合AI大模型能力优化穿搭主题、商品标签的生产效率，提升供给规模与丰富性； 3 建立供给质量评测机制，及时发现不达标供给并实施汰换，提升整体供给质量水位； 4 立足“社区+交易”平台特色，探究导购产品的内容化升级路径，推动UGC内容（图片、tag、热议话题等）与交易产品深度融合，为消费者提供更丰富、更具体的决策信息； 5 推动优质供给与搜索、推荐、商详等关键场域配合联动，提高用户使用规模与频次。

1.3年以上toB产品运营经验，熟悉电商平台的商品供给体系，能够独立制定供给分层运营策略。 供给运营：熟悉电商商品供给体系，能独立制定供给分层运营策略，并建立供给质量评测与汰换机制。 2.AI应用：具备AI大模型应用能力，能熟练运用AI工具优化服装导购内容（标签、主题）的生产流程、提升运营效率。 3.数据分析：强目标导向，能通过数据发现问题和机会（熟悉SQL加分）。 4.协作推进：具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力，能推动与搜索、推荐、商详等场域联动。 5.对潮流服饰、年轻用户的穿搭偏好有敏锐洞察，对C端产品运营有热情，学习迭代快、有创新思维。 6.乐观、皮实、自驱。
