1.本科及以上，3 年以上电商平台治理 / 风控 / 交易体验运营经验； 2.数据敏感，能独立取数分析（UE、退货率等口径），熟练使用 SQL/Excel； 3.有账号分级处罚策略或审核团队管理经验者优先； 4.逻辑清晰、跨团队沟通协作能力强，结果导向。
