We empower employees to take on challenging assignments and roles with an elevated level of responsibility in our agile working environment. Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.

Position Overview:

The Owner Connections Representative supports the Polaris Owners Connection Team in delivering clear, timely, and personalized service to Polaris owners. As a primary point of contact, you will manage owner inquiries, concerns, feedback, and ideas while coordinating with dealers and internal teams to resolve cases. Through direct owner engagement and cross-functional case management, the role helps remove friction, strengthen owner confidence, and support lasting relationships with the Polaris brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners by managing inquiries, concerns, feedback, and ideas related to Polaris products from initial contact through resolution.

• Build rapport, actively listen, adapt your communication style, and provide clear, thoughtful solutions that create a positive and informative owner experience.

• Conduct root cause analysis and research to resolve customer issues accurately, including difficult or recurring concerns.

• Handle cases with urgency and accountability by setting clear expectations for resolution timelines and providing consistent follow-up when needed.

• Use Polaris internal systems, knowledge base articles, and other resources to identify and deliver effective solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and Polaris dealers to facilitate resolutions, bridge communication gaps, and strengthen the owner connection to the brand.

• Meet internal performance metrics and manage multiple inquiries while maintaining quality, accuracy, and a positive impact on dealer relationships.

• Identify owner trends and improvement opportunities, then share data-informed proposals and insights with relevant business units and stakeholders.

• Act as a subject matter resource by contributing input that improves internal processes and supports the creation of helpful stakeholder resources.

• Represent Polaris consistently in owner interactions and follow-up communications while supporting current customers and prospective owners.

Desired Competencies:

• Customer Focus: You prioritize the needs of internal or external customers and use feedback and data to improve outcomes, processes, or experiences.

• Communication: You clearly convey information, ideas, and expectations to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to ensure understanding and alignment.

• Problem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, technical support, or equivalent B2C, B2B, or customer experience management experience.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to individuals at all levels.

• Proven analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and serve as a liaison between internal departments, dealers, and owners.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously and follow through on commitments.

• Curiosity and the ability to learn a wide variety of topics across the Polaris business.

• Ability to empathize with customers while remaining persistent in identifying and resolving root causes of difficult or recurring issues.

• Current knowledge of computer software and applications preferred, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint; experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, CRM systems, and AS400 is a plus.

• Ability to work in a dynamic office environment while adhering to Polaris corporate standards for a hybrid work location, with the majority of time spent working directly with Polaris owners by phone and electronic communication.

• Limited travel to consumer events.

• This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
