Dietlikon ist eine wachsende Gemeinde im Herzen der Region „glow. das Glattal“ mit über 8000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. Die Nähe zu Zürich, eine ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur, sehr gute ÖV\-Verbindungen sowie der nahe gelegene Autobahnanschluss machen Dietlikon zu einem attraktiven Wohn\- und Arbeitsort.

Das Alterszentrum Hofwiesen bietet 69 betagten Menschen in ihrem vierten Lebensabschnitt ein Zuhause. Neben zwei Pflegeabteilungen mit 57 Betten verfügt das "Hofwiesen" auch über eine geschlossene Wohngruppe für Menschen mit einer Demenzerkrankung mit 12 Plätzen. Rund 76 Mitarbeitende begleiten die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner liebevoll und professionell durch den Alltag und sorgen für ihr Wohlbefinden. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 und 2023 umfassend saniert und modernisiert. Trägerin des Alterszentrums Hofwiesen ist die politische Gemeinde Dietlikon.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60 – 100 %) -------------------------------------------------

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Ganzheitliche, fachkompetente und individuelle Pflege, Betreuung und Beratung der Bewohnenden sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Mitwirkung und Mitgestaltung der Qualität und Kontinuität im Pflegeprozessmanagement nach dem Bezugspflegesystem
  • Gestalten des Alltags und einer wohnlichen Umgebung zusammen mit den Bewohnenden je nach Bedürfnis und Tagesform • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Support beim Begleiten und Anleiten der Lernenden nach Vorgaben der Berufsbildnerin

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz mit empathischem, geduldigem und wertschätzendem Umgang mit unseren Bewohnenden • Sympathisches Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Konsensfähigkeit
  • Teamorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von Qualitäts\- und Pflegeprozessen sowie mit dem Einstufungssystem BESA
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office\-Produkte, Care Coach)
  • Flexibilität für den Einsatz in geteilten Diensten
