Osoba na tym stanowisku odpowiada za kompleksowe zarządzanie funkcjonowaniem magazynu, zarządza zespołem pracowników magazynowych, zapewnia realizację celów operacyjnych oraz za optymalizację procesów magazynowych.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie funkcjonowaniem magazynu, organizacja i nadzór nad procesami przyjęć, składowania, kompletacji oraz wysyłek materiałów i wyrobów gotowych.
  • Zarządzanie zespołem pracowników magazynowych, zapewnienie realizację celów operacyjnych
  • Utrzymanie wysokich standardów jakości oraz zgodności procesów z wymaganiami GMP/GDP, przepisami BHP i procedurami firmowymi.
  • Optymalizacja procesów magazynowych, efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów,
  • Terminowa realizacja zadań oraz bezpieczeństwo powierzonych towarów i infrastruktury magazynowej.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe: logistyka lub pokrewne
  • Minimum 3-lata doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym w obszarze magazynowania, logistyki lub łańcucha dostaw.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem pracowników magazynowych , umiejętność planowania pracy własnej i zespołu oraz budowaniu zaangażowania i efektywności zespołu.
  • Znajomość zasad gospodarki magazynowej, kontroli zapasów oraz inwentaryzacji.
  • Praktyczna znajomość procesów magazynowych, w szczególności przyjęć, składowania, kompletacji, wydań oraz wysyłek towarów.
  • Doświadczenie w optymalizacji procesów magazynowych oraz wdrażaniu działań usprawniających.
  • Odpowiedzialność i nastawienie na realizację celów biznesowych, umiejętność analizowania wskaźników operacyjnych (KPI) oraz podejmowania decyzji w oparciu o dane,
  • Znajomość systemów WMS oraz pakietu MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel.
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca komunikację biznesową (min B2)

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość wymagań GMP/GDP oraz przepisów BHP związanych z funkcjonowaniem magazynu będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Doświadczenie w magazynach wysokiego składowania i/lub w środowisku produkcyjnym.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów Lean Management, Kaizen lub Continuous Improvement.
  • Znajomość systemów ERP (np. SAP).
