  • Koordynacja terapii: Nadzór nad opracowywaniem i realizacją indywidualnych planów wspierająco-aktywizujących dla uczestników domu.
  • Gospodarka finansowa: Dysponowanie środkami finansowymi zgodnie z budżetem, dbałość o mienie placówki oraz nadzór nad dokumentacją.
  • Współpraca instytucjonalna: Współdziałanie z Zarządem PSONI, rodzinami podopiecznych, samorządem oraz instytucjami pomocy społecznej i zdrowia.
