Im Rahmen einer geplanten Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir für unser Büroteam (5–6 Mitarbeitende) eine zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit. Sie übernehmen die Auftragsabwicklung und Disposition und sorgen als Drehscheibe zwischen Kunden, Produktion und Spedition für termingerechte Lieferungen. Eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung durch die heutige Stelleninhaberin ist gewährleistet.

**Sachbearbeiter/in Auftragsabwicklung / Disposition – 100% (m/w/d) **

**Ihre Aufgaben **

  • Erfassen, Bearbeiten und Überwachen von Kundenaufträgen und Lieferabrufen im ERP (Abacus)
  • Disposition der Auslieferungen in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Spedition
  • Erstellen von Versand- und Zolldokumenten für den Export in die EU
  • Fakturierung und Überwachung der Lieferpapiere
  • Ansprechperson für Kunden bei Liefertermin- und Mengenfragen
  • Überwachung von Liefertermintreue und Lagerbeständen; bei Abweichungen leiten Sie selbstständig Massnahmen ein
  • Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung der Abläufe in Auftragsabwicklung und Logistik
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Büroteam

**Ihr Profil **

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Berufserfahrung in Logistik oder Disposition in einem Produktionsbetrieb; Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit Abacus oder einem anderen ERP-System von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise, auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Spedition und Kunden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
