Für ein traditionsreiches Familienunternehmen für Fassaden- und Bodensysteme in Emstek (Landkreis Cloppenburg) suchen wir Sie als Bauleiter (m/w/d) in Festanstellung direkt beim Unternehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme von Aufträgen, Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Kalkulationen und Plänen vor Baubeginn
  • Planung und Koordination von Personal, Kolonnen, Material und Geräten für mehrere Baustellen
  • Fachliche Führung von 5 bis 10 gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden und Steuerung der Nachunternehmer
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber, Architekten und Fachplaner
  • Steuerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit über Soll-Ist-Vergleich, Nachträge und Behinderungsanzeigen
  • Begleitung von Aufmaß, Abnahme und Mängelbearbeitung bis zur Schlussrechnungsreife, Dokumentation in OffPaper und PDS

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bau- oder Ausbaugewerbe
  • Baustellenerfahrung sowie Erfahrung als Bauleiter, Fachbauleiter, Projektleiter oder Objektleiter, auch mit ausgeprägtem Führungspotenzial
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Bereich: Fassadenbau/WDVS, Putz, Estrich, Bodenbeläge oder Bodenbeschichtungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Bauplänen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und VOB/DIN-Normen, dazu kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Organisationstalent, sicheres Auftreten und Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Bauingenieurstudium
