Aufgaben

  • Konstruktion und Weiterentwicklung von Kunststoffverpackungen, Spritzgussartikeln und Baugruppen im 3D-CAD
  • Spritzgussgerechte Auslegung von Bauteilen unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Fertigung, Kosten und Qualität
  • Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Toleranzangaben
  • Entwicklung von Verpackungskonzepten in enger Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Abstimmung von Werkzeugkonzepten mit internen und externen Werkzeugbauern
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Füll- und Bauteilsimulationen (CAE)
  • Begleitung von Bemusterungen sowie Umsetzung von Optimierungen bis zur Serienreife
  • Technische Machbarkeitsbewertungen neuer Artikel und Kundenanfragen
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Produktionsstandorte

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Produktdesigner, Werkzeugmechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff oder vergleichbar
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion von Kunststoff-Spritzgussteilen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks, Creo oder Siemens NX)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Werkzeugtechnik und spritzgussgerechter Konstruktion
  • Erfahrung mit Simulationstools (z. B. Moldflow) von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu kommunizieren
  • Teamorientierung, Engagement und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
