Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Automatisierungsprojekte von der Auftragsübergabe durch den Vertrieb bis zur Inbetriebnahme, bei Neuanlagen ebenso wie bei Retrofits und Migrationsprojekten
  • Steuerung von 5 bis 10 Projekten parallel, von kleineren Vorhaben ab ca. 100.000 € bis zu mehreren Millionenprojekten
  • Erstellung von Prozess- und Funktionsbeschreibungen sowie Prüfung von Komponentenlisten
  • Projektspezifische Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung über Software-Engineering, Elektrokonstruktion, Montage und Inbetriebnahme
  • Fachliche Führung des Projektteams im Haus und der Inbetriebnehmer auf Baustellen im In- und Ausland
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Subunternehmern, Vertrieb und Engineering, dazu Controlling von Kosten, Terminen und Leistungserfüllung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein Studium der Elektrotechnik bzw. Automatisierungstechnik
  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter Automatisierung, Projektmanager Automatisierung oder Projektleiter Elektrotechnik; auch Inbetriebnehmer und Projektierer mit Teilprojektverantwortung sind willkommen
  • Fundiertes technisches Anlagenverständnis für S7 und TIA Portal sowie sicheres Lesen von Komponentenlisten, ohne selbst programmieren zu müssen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationsvermögen sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft unter 10 % mit Führerschein Klasse B
