Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln Untersuchungskonzepte für Gebäude und führen Probenahmen vor Ort durch
  • Sie erstellen fachlich präzise Schadstoffgutachten und bearbeiten Projekte zunehmend eigenständig
  • Sie stimmen sich mit Auftraggebern wie Bauträgern, Planungsbüros und öffentlichen Auftraggebern sowie mit Fachplanern und Behörden ab
  • Sie wirken bei Angeboten, Kostenschätzungen und der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen mit

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Geowissenschaften, Umwelttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ eine passende technische Ausbildung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse über Baukonstruktionen und Baustoffe
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2-Niveau)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Ortsterminen
