Für einen familiengeführten Fachbetrieb für Reparatur und Beschichtung von Verschleißteilen in Osterholz-Scharmbeck suchen wir Sie als CNC-Fräser (m/w/d), in Festanstellung direkt beim Unternehmen.

Das Wichtigste auf einen Blick

  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 40 Stunden, ausschließlich Tagschicht
  • Vertrag: Festanstellung, unbefristet
  • Standort: Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Niedersachsen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Fertigung von Einzel- und Reparaturteilen nach Zeichnung, vom Rohteil bis zum fertigen Bauteil
  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen des 5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentrums sowie zweier 3-Achs-Fräsmaschinen
  • Bearbeitung von Wellen, Gehäusen, Flanschen und Sonderteilen
  • Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau der Lohnfertigung an der neuen Maschine
  • Weitergabe von Fachwissen an Nachwuchskräfte im Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC-Fräser oder Fräser im Fräsen von Einzelteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in Heidenhain-Steuerungen, zum Beispiel TNC 640 oder 530
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit 5-Achs-Bearbeitung und CAM-Kenntnisse
