  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual client meetings to strengthen partnerships and understand evolving business needs.

Business Development

  • Present and negotiate proposals, manage the sales cycle, and successfully close new business.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through CRM best practices.

Client Success & Delivery

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the executive point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead regular business reviews and governance meetings with clients.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, including account performance, SLA metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis when service issues arise and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate a virtual account team across sales, technical, delivery, and executive functions.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop customer events, executive briefings, and solution-focused presentations.
  • Foster strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for clients.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Experience

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Proven success selling complex IT solutions, managed services, or professional services into large enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts with significant annual revenue responsibility.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to executive leadership, including C-suite decision-makers.
  • Financial Services and Telecommunications industry experience is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and forecasting discipline.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and industry trends.

Working Environment

  • Hybrid role requiring regular client meetings throughout Ontario.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
