Sobre a sua Vaga:

O Consultor de Relacionamentos é um profissional estratégico que atua como elo entre a instituição de ensino e seus diversos públicos, como estudantes, pais, empresas, escolas parceiras e a comunidade em geral.

Seu principal objetivo é fortalecer vínculos, promover a imagem da universidade e garantir uma boa experiência para os envolvidos em todos os pontos de contato com a instituição. Busca entender as necessidades e expectativas de cada grupo, oferece soluções personalizadas e garante a satisfação dos envolvidos.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Suporte e atendimento ao cliente: Presta apoio e esclarece dúvidas de alunos em potencial, alunos matriculados e seus familiares, oferecendo um atendimento humanizado e eficiente.
  • Pós-venda e retenção: Acompanha a jornada do aluno após a matrícula para garantir sua satisfação e permanência na universidade.
  • Parcerias: Estabelece e mantém relacionamentos com escolas, empresas e outras instituições, visando oportunidades de estágio, eventos conjuntos, etc.
  • Representação institucional: Atua como porta-voz da universidade em eventos externos, representando a marca de forma positiva.
  • Análise de mercado e feedback: Coleta dados e opiniões do público para ajudar na melhoria contínua de cursos, serviços e comunicação institucional.
  • Treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes: Acolhe e auxilia na capacitação dos profissionais que atuam na linha de frente do atendimento e no processo de relacionamento com os diversos públicos da instituição.
