Estamos em busca de um profissional comunicativo, persuasivo e motivado por resultados.

O Televendas será responsável por realizar atendimentos via telefone e WhatsApp, apresentar os cursos de forma clara e envolvente, identificar as necessidades dos clientes e conduzir o processo de matrícula. Também atuará na captação e qualificação de leads, mantendo o CRM atualizado e acompanhando todo o funil de vendas até o fechamento.

Buscamos alguém dinâmico, com boa comunicação, empatia e foco em metas, que goste de desafios e de construir relacionamentos de forma estratégica.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo via telefone, WhatsApp e outros canais digitais;
  • Apresentar os cursos de forma consultiva, identificando o perfil e as necessidades de cada cliente;
  • Captar, qualificar e acompanhar leads, garantindo um funil de vendas eficiente e atualizado;
  • Conduzir o processo de matrícula, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento da venda;
  • Manter relacionamento contínuo com clientes e interessados, estimulando a fidelização e novas vendas;
  • Participar de ações comerciais.
