O Ponto Mix está em busca de um Gerente de Logística para liderar e otimizar as operações do nosso Centro de Distribuição, garantindo eficiência nos processos de recebimento, armazenamento, controle de estoque e distribuição de mercadorias para nossas unidades.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil de liderança, visão estratégica, organização e foco em resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar as operações logísticas do Centro de Distribuição (CD).
  • Coordenar as equipes de recebimento, armazenagem, separação, expedição e transporte.
  • Planejar e acompanhar o abastecimento das unidades, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Supervisionar o controle de estoque, inventários e movimentação de mercadorias.
  • Desenvolver estratégias para redução de custos, perdas e desperdícios.
  • Garantir a organização, segurança e produtividade do Centro de Distribuição.
  • Gerenciar recursos, equipamentos e processos operacionais.
  • Desenvolver, orientar e acompanhar a equipe, promovendo uma gestão eficiente e colaborativa.
  • Atuar em conjunto com os setores de Compras, Comercial e demais áreas da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão logística e liderança de equipes.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, armazenagem, distribuição e transporte.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão (ERP) e Excel.
  • Capacidade de planejamento, organização e tomada de decisões.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no segmento supermercadista ou varejista.
  • Vivência em gestão de Centros de Distribuição.
