Business Development & Partnerships Intern

## Job Summary The Business Development & Partnerships Intern will play a pivotal role in increasing the occupancy of centers from 35% to 60% by driving strategic B2B, franchise, and influencer alliances. The intern will support business growth initiatives, identify partnership opportunities, and assist in executing campaigns to expand the company's network and market reach. This position is ideal for proactive individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in business development and strategic partnerships.

## Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities to drive occupancy growth. - Assist in developing and nurturing franchise alliances to expand the center’s footprint. - Research and engage with potential influencer partners to amplify brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Support the execution of business development strategies and marketing campaigns. - Analyze and report on partnership performance and market trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

## Preferred Skills - Previous internship or project experience in business development, marketing, or partnerships. - Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and digital marketing platforms. - Understanding of franchise operations and influencer marketing. - Networking and relationship-building skills. - Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to freshers and recent graduates). - Relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or marketing is a plus but not required.
