Role Summary

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you own the full customer journey — from initial engagement and sale through onboarding and successful platform adoption. You convert inbound leads and proactively engage prospects to promote POOLCORP's SaaS solutions — including our priority platform POOL360 Water Test, and guide those customers through configuration, training, and launch to ensure the platform is set up for long-term success. As a trusted advisor across both the sales and onboarding phases, you minimize friction, maximize satisfaction, and accelerate time-to-value. Your work directly drives new recurring revenue, expands the company's digital footprint, and fosters increased chemical and product sales through digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to inbound lead inquiries via phone, email, and web channels in a timely and professional manner.

· Qualify prospects to understand their needs, decision-making processes, and fit for the platform.

· Conduct tailored virtual demos and presentations, highlighting solution benefits and use cases.

· Manage the sales pipeline and document key interactions, opportunities, and customer feedback in CRM.

· Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics, including conversion rate and ARR generated.

· Proactively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive deal progression and eliminate roadblocks.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and product updates.

· Lead new client onboarding and solution configuration, remotely or onsite, across POOL360, POOL360 Water Test, and POOL360 Integrations — including new sub-platforms and third-party integrations as they are added to the POOL360 ecosystem, ensuring continued adoption as the platform evolves.

· Develop training sessions and materials tailored to each customer's needs.

· Resolve implementation and technical challenges, documenting and escalating as needed.

· Track activation metrics and customer usage during onboarding.

· Support and onboard customers on new sub-platforms and third-party software as they are integrated into the POOL360 ecosystem, ensuring continued adoption as the platform evolves.

· Transition of customers to the support team upon successful implementation.

· Other related responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Core Competencies/Skills:

· 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, onboarding, implementation, or technical account management (inside sales/telesales or B2B technology background preferred)

· Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets

· Training/teaching skills for diverse audiences

· Strong customer focus, consultative sales approach, and troubleshooting ability

· Project management and process documentation skills, with a feedback-driven orientation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales technology

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software integrations and sub-platforms as they are added to POOL360

· High level of initiative, organization, and self-motivation

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Bi-lingual is a significant plus but not required

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.

· Relevant technical or sales certifications (e.g., SaaS platforms, project management, sales methodology) are a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
