Har du tidigare erfarenhet vid administrativa arbetsuppgifter, har lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system och gillar när det finns saker att få gjort? Nu söker vi två administratörer för ett kortare heltidsuppdrag hos vår kund i Lund med start den 1 december. Om tjänsten I rollen kommer du att stötta verksamheten i ett större internt administrativt arbete. Arbetsuppgifterna är av enklare administrativ karaktär och passar dig som har viss tidigare erfarenhet av administration, men du behöver inte vara senior inom området. Du kommer att arbeta digitalt och i olika system, vilket gör det viktigt att du känner dig bekväm med datorn som främsta arbetsverktyg. Vid uppdragets start får du introduktion och upplärning och det finns även kollegor på plats i Lund som du kan vända dig till med frågor. Uppdraget är på heltid under 2 månader med möjlig förlängning. Arbetet sker på plats hos kunden i Lund. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är administrativt van, effektiv och snabblärd. Du har lätt för att förstå nya arbetsuppgifter och system och trivs med ett arbete där struktur, noggrannhet och ett bra tempo är viktigt. Vi ser gärna att du:

Har tidigare erfarenhet av administrativa arbetsuppgifter

Är van vid att arbeta i digitala system och gärna har erfarenhet av affärssystem

Är effektiv, strukturerad och noggrann

Har lätt för att lära dig nya arbetssätt och system

Talar och skriver svenska flytande

Praktisk information Omfattning: Heltid

Period: 2 månader med eventuell förlängning

Start: 1 december

Placering: Lund

Arbetssätt: 100 % på plats

Det finns goda möjligheter att ta sig till arbetsplatsen med kollektivtrafik från Malmö
